Third week of January, 2022
January 26th, 2022
Since that day, I've gone through the most extensive and rewarding selection process in my life.
The stages included sending the resume, taking different assessments, solving a business case and being interviewed by consultants and leaders, in spanish and english, in groups and individually.
I felt like I had applied for a real CEO position and, at each stage, Adecco Peru helped me to learn more about myself and the new limits that I could surpass.
I met the Adecco Peru team through William, Gabriel, Janet, Marco, Diana, who treated me in the best possible way.
During the pandemic, after applying to other positions previously, I noticed that there were many opportunities for improvement in the recruiting teams.
Adecco Peru showed me the opposite, their team didn't let the distance interfere to be completely willing to meet the human beings behind the camera and to empower them.
