Background photo: Nature is 24/7 in my mind
Headline: It's edited from time to time, but what I'll never remove are the Sustainable Development Goals
Profile photo: This one was taken in 5 seconds because we were in times of lockdowns and I was on my way to donate my hair too
Alicorp Soluciones (B2B), where I took my baby steps in the business world (food industry). I was part of a team of +100 people, whose actions reach every corner of my country, to make a better tomorrow
School of Engineering, I was lucky to start in the world of internships at home, a space with countless purposes, challenges, projects, papers, love and sensors (Blame them for my IoT addiction)
Universidad del Pacífico, my alma mater. Whether we were each other's company or not, you know that nothing is enough to describe one of the best stages in life.
HEC Montréal, I experienced a Canadian and challenging version of Business Engineering. Started face-to-face, ended up virtual. My first hybrid learning course ever.
(Just one photo, I rely a lot on my eidetic memory, haha)
Global Leadership Day Conference,
The youngest people leading the world
Global Sustainable Supply Chain Summit,
The most experienced and "green" executives leading the business world
Internship Experience UK, for all careers and nationalities, the best workshops in the world

In Peru there are +1500 NGOs
Negative side? There are as many as there are poverty and inequalities gaps. Positive side? There are so many, there are no excuses.
As someone who has sometimes been in the same situation as the beneficiaries of these NGOs, I understand their needs and I'm happy to empower them

I know it sounds cliché, but I consider that the most important thing is not to compete against others, but against oneself. An honor is won every time a better version of oneself is achieved.
From time to time, we have to prove ourselves that we are 'entrepreneur material' and 'leader material'.
CodeUP is a student organization that my best friends and I co-founded when we were in our first year of univeristy. We learned what it's to be a leader and to be a member, to lose and to win. After 5 years, the code is still running!
As a student representative during all the years of university, I fulfilled or tried to fulfill (my dream of being a superhero) my commitment to enjoy being a leader and empower others to be.
I won't go into detail about the leaders I follow, they are +100 and most of them don't have LinkedIn.
Just this: I consider that the first leader one should follow is oneself and then look for the ingredients of leadership in others. Next, a TED Talk!
