"We want you to expand your horizons, listen, think, talk, and work harder than you ever have."
"If the recent years taught us anything, it was that we will never be prepared for every possibility, and when a true challenge comes, we must think out of the box and act boldly. We hope you will not only acquire the skills to face such challenges but to also do it with confidence."

Alumni Challenge
(June 22nd, 2022)
"...we only ask you to show up on time and be ready for anything!"
My group was made up of brilliant people, Laura Ionescu (2022), Marcel Hren (2022), Ewhen Jardon Angonoa (2021), Imme Degreef (2021) and Jordan Topoleski (2020).
We started by getting to know each other, then we had a great brainstorming of ideas to create a venture to make profit as soon as possible, the Alumni played the role of investors. We all shared a lot!
I loved when Henning Gutierrez (CEO1M Peru 2021) said a few words. It was an incredible crossover of generations, it felt like home. I definitely look forward to our next meeting.
Your True Self Video
(June 29th, 2022)
"...your video should last for 30 seconds."
(Introduction) Hello, I’m Rocío del Alba, CEO for One Month of my beloved Peru. (Interests) I’m a bit of basketball, astrophotography and poetry. (Why will I be a great leader in the future?) I’m passionate about making action plans on paper come true and helping people reach all their potential. (Evidences) Through IoT prototypes and economic recovery projects, I helped to solve the needs in many corners, also, pursuing the SDG. (Motivation) Despite the lack of resources, my family has always been full of values, that's why my goals are to make a difference and add value as much as I can. (Statement) I’m Rocío del Alba and I’m hundreds of names more. Let’s make what we achieve in a month last for a lifetime!
Motivation Questionnaire
(June 30th, 2022)
"...inviting you to complete tests to assess your aspirations and leadership behavior."
The results indicated a potential area of strength, some potential scope for development or a potential area to develop according to a competency rating key and also how the personal style may support each competency area.
This motivation questionnaire made me assess my skills not only in leading, but in supporting, analyzing, creating, organizing, adapting and performing. It was closely related to one of the reasons I admire the CEO position the most: The reach and closeness it has to so many people and the ability to truly connect with all of them.
Public Debate
(July 12th, 2022)
"It is better to debate a question without settling it than to settle a question without debating it."
The event was hosted by the cheerful Danielle Byfuglien. My group was made up of lovely people, Alejandra Robles (Mexico), Caelia Chung (USA) and Giovanna Sampaio (Brazil).
We had to be against the following motion: "This House would reserve proportional number of seats in parliament for candidates under 30 and minorities."
We emphasized that someone doesn't need a seat in parliament to defend causes and that's why we proudly see people under 30 and minorities already being successful leaders.
Innovation Project
(July 23rd, 2022)
"Currently, there are 1.2 billion young people between the ages of 15 and 24, 16% of the world's population."
Adecco Ideathon Challenge, my innovation project, it is based on tools that Adecco already has (360° assessments on Xpert, Experience Work Day and it is scalable like the CEO for One Month program but in groups).
Adecco Ideathon Challenge is a 5-day bootcamp to create and design ideas ("valuable ideas can come from inside or outside the company"). Whoever wants to participate just needs to be young, have a group of friends and creative minds ("to demonstrate the art of possible").
Reflection Video
(August 2nd, 2022)
"Self-awareness is fundamental to great leadership."
